Project & Process Management

Project management has been a core strength of TeeMarine for years. Our experience dates back to 2007–2009, when we led the conversion of two factory fishing vessels one into a Naval Antarctic Research Vessel and the other into an Arctic Oil & Gas support ship with DP2, monopole integration, and advanced subsea survey systems for CPT and seabed scanning.

Since then, TeeMarine has expanded its capabilities to include Agile process management and product development, allowing us to combine first-class project execution with adaptive, milestone-driven delivery. We work with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Trello to ensure transparency and efficiency.

One of our major achievements is managing the conversion of Næreberg into Almirante Maximiano for the Brazilian Navy.
